Frequently asked questions
ContactAre all pieces identical?+
No. Every piece is formed and glazed by hand, and the glaze reacts differently in each firing. Within a family the tones are consistent, but no two pieces are identical.
How is it installed?+
Each set includes a hanging guide with a full-scale 3 × 3 template and an installation manual. It mounts to the wall without special tools.
When will my order arrive?+
Made to order. We'll confirm your delivery date by email after purchase.
Can I order a full wall or a commercial project?+
Yes. For restaurants, hotels and large projects we design the composition for your wall and quote by volume at trade price.
